Overhead Cam Design
The Kohler® OHC design offers lower operating temperatures, less oil consumption, longer oil-change intervals and extremely quiet operation. That's because Kohler® Engines brought the camshaft out of the crankcase and away from the oil sump and crankshaft. Much of the housing above the crankshaft has been eliminated for a greater cooling area and reduced engine temperatures. |
